The Fadia engineer Wet Lamination With Shellac Coating is made with high quality material and have strong and sturdy CI (cast iron) frame structure. There are stiffening tie-rods to minimize the vibration when it is on maximum speed. Every used part in the machine mechanical and electrical are passed from various quality and performance tests to ensure the long life of the machine.
The shaft-less unwind & rewind web tension is controlled by latest generation Servo Motor and Servo Drive. This system maintains the set tension very precise for entire reel run. Machine is equipped with AC Servo Drive and Servo Motor with pneumatically loaded low friction dancing roller assembly and load cell for tension feed-back and actual tension display.
This unwind & rewind arms are move on high precision linear bushings and it is supported by chromeplated steel bars.
There is Servo based closed loop controller for web handling having latest electronics. This machine has its own intelligent software and motion controller which control and supervise the entire machine operations.
There is touch screen display for operating interface very quick and easy. For the safety of machine, the electronics are going through software routine time to time.
In the laminator unit there is heated chrome plated ground steel roll. It is coated with hard rubber & chrome plated steel and it is driven by pneumatic pistons and it can be adjusted at both ends. There is a steel and it press against the rubber roller for a parallelism for avoiding rubber roller flexion.
It is driven by an independent motor which is synchronized with coating unit motor. As the tension on web carrying the adhesive to point of lamination and it can be controlled with great precision.
